APPOINTMENT AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF AQUATECH FABRICATION LTD - BANK OF GOD

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Aquatech Fabrication Ltd, trading as Bank of God, we are pleased to formally notify you of your appointment as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective July 10th, 2026.

This appointment is in recognition of your wealth of experience, integrity, and commitment to public service, technology, and human development. The Board believes your guidance will be instrumental as we advance our mission: to provide accessible, technology-driven public welfare and financial services to all persons worldwide, irrespective of faith, tribe, or status.

1. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Governance & Oversight: Provide independent judgment and strategic guidance to the Board.
  • Mission Alignment: Ensure the Company upholds its highest values of humanity first, transparency, and service to over 8 billion persons seeking assistance worldwide.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to CAC regulations, and all applicable laws in Nigeria.
  • Risk & Audit: Review company strategy, risk management, and financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Support partnerships with Government, NGOs, Local and international digital companies, and local communities in Delta State and beyond.

2. TERM OF APPOINTMENT

Your initial term shall be for 3 years, subject to board review, at the Annual General Meeting and in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association and the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020.

3. REMUNERATION

As a Non-Executive Director, you will be entitled to sitting allowances, directors’ fees, and reimbursement of reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of your duties, as approved by the Chief Executive Officer.
