CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT FOR WELFARE ECONOMY

1. Primary Purpose: In accordance with Section 14(2)(b) of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and equivalent global constitutional provisions, the security and welfare of the people shall be the primary purpose of Government.

2. Personal Living Funds: Every citizen shall be entitled to Personal Living Funds, Business Start-up Funds and Project Assistance Funds to raise living standards from 600 Naira daily to 30,000 - 50,000 Naira daily equivalent.

3. Bank of God Channel: Distribution shall be via AI Biometric verified accounts and Global Dollar wallets, operated by Aquatech Fabrication Ltd - Bank of God, with Google Pay, Chrome and Firebase integration.

4. Source of Funds: From oil revenue, taxation, recovered assets, and constitutionally mandated increased government expenditure, not unbacked printing.

5. Call to Global Governments: All member states of the United Nations are invited to adopt this model through constitutional amendment, ensuring trust, transparency and global economic stability in line with IMF objectives.
