A. NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS - GOVERNANCE & OVERSIGHT

Role: Strategy, Risk, Compliance, Independence, Stakeholder Trust

OBJECTIVE

Secure sovereign and international legal recognition for Bank of God as the global monetary policy authority and issuer of the Global Dollar (GD).

1. LEGAL CHARTER & JURISDICTION ESTABLISHMENT

  • Approve the draft Charter defining Bank of God’s mandate, governance, and currency issuance authority
  • Oversee selection of jurisdiction for central-bank-style charter or special financial institution license
  • Appoint and monitor independent legal counsel for incorporation and licensing

2. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & RISK GOVERNANCE

  • Ratify AML/KYC, Capital Adequacy, and Transparency policies aligned to FATF and Basel guidelines
  • Ensure establishment of an independent Compliance and Audit Committee
  • Review and approve capital reserve and risk management frameworks

3. GOVERNMENT & MULTILATERAL ENGAGEMENT

  • Lead high-level engagement with Presidency, Ministry of Finance, CBN, and National Assembly
  • Oversee MoU negotiations for pilot of Global Dollar in public-sector and infrastructure projects
  • Initiate observer status dialogue with IMF, World Bank, and BIS

4. REPORTING, TRANSPARENCY & OVERSIGHT

  • Receive and review quarterly progress reports on licensing, regulation, and adoption metrics
  • Mandate publication of a public register of compliance certifications and legal filings
  • Ensure full board independence in decision-making on Bank of God matters

B. EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS - OPERATIONS & EXECUTION

Role: Implementation, Growth, Technology, Market Adoption

OBJECTIVE

Actualize the Bank of God banking platforms and Global Dollar infrastructure to achieve 50X productivity under Aquatech Fabrication Ltd.

1. CURRENCY INFRASTRUCTURE & TECHNOLOGY DELIVERY

  • Finalize and launch Bank of God digital banking platform with secure digital ledger and H-PIN identity system
  • Contract manufacturers for Global Dollar notes and customized ATMs
  • Execute phased rollout: Pilot 2 states → 10 states → National deployment

2. MARKET CONFIDENCE & GLOBAL ADOPTION

  • Publish daily Global Dollar exchange-rate via dedicated finance portal
  • Secure partnerships with businesses, NGOs, and corporations to accept GD
  • Lead global endorsement campaign targeting institutions and governments

3. INSTITUTIONAL & GOVERNMENT RELATIONS EXECUTION

  • Prepare and submit official proposals to government on monetary stability
  • Execute pilot agreements for solar infrastructure and public-sector funding using GD
  • Coordinate technical teams for multilateral consultations
